TRUE Flow & Meditation

My TRUE Flow class is a 75-minute fully integrated yoga experience. Class always starts with grounding and breathwork (pranayama) and an introduction of the topic or theme of the class. We then move through an accessible vinyasa-style flow that might incorporate Kundalini kriya, mudra, and mantra while diving deeper into the yogic philosophy of the class theme. Class ends with a mudra meditation that ties in with the theme of class. Music is generally soft and slow to keep focus on your movement and breath.

Class themes are taken from “The Path of the Yoga Sutras: a practical guide to the core of yoga” by Nicolai Bachman.

Full Moon Circle

Come prepare for the Full Snow Moon in Leo!

We will:
-discuss astrology including the zodiac sign the Full Moon is in (Leo), the current zodiac season (sign the Sun is in - Pisces), how they relate to one another, and any other major planetary placements that might affect these energies
-find gentle movement through yoga postures that correspond to the zodiac sign the Moon is transiting
-practice divination by consulting the wisdom of tarot/oracle cards. An outline will be provided along with tarot/oracle cards for your use, but you are more than welcome to skip the cards and simply use that time to journal your thoughts
-various rituals or spell work to harness the powerful lunar energy of the Full Moon!

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your mat, a journal + pen, and any tarot/oracle cards if you have them.

*A note: the practices and topics of this gathering are not rooted in yogic history/principles, but are much more in line with Pagan tradition. Please note that just as you do not have to be Hindu to practice yoga, you do not have to be Pagan to participate in this gathering!
