This class is all types of fun for your whole body. It is designed to motivate you as you sculpt and build a balanced and strong physique. In addition to body-weight movements, we incorporate elements of power yoga, breath work into intervals of cardio endurance, targeted muscle burnouts and deep core work. All levels welcome!
Please bring your own mat for practice!
