This is a vinyasa style class for students at all levels of practice. Tap into a sense of grounding and present-moment awareness through floor-based postures and breathwork to start and end the flow. Find self-discovery through movement as we build strength, balance, and flexibility with slow-paced movement and gentle transitions. Practice will occasionally weave in the use of mudra, mantra, or kriya to elevate your experience.
Please bring your own mat and props for practice!
