Vinyasa Flow

This is a vinyasa style class for students at all levels of practice. Tap into a sense of grounding and present-moment awareness through floor-based postures and breathwork to start and end the flow. Warm up the body with Sun Salutations and find self-discovery through movement as we build strength and balance through standing postures for the main portion of class. Practice will occasionally weave in the use of mudra, mantra, or kriya to elevate your experience.

Please bring your own mat and props for practice!

INCENSE, HERBS, OR PALO SANTO MAY BE BURNED. Please let me know if you are scent sensitive.
