TRUE Gentle is starts with grounding and breathwork (pranayama). We then move through an accessible flow that might incorporate grounding Kundalini kriya, mudra, and mantra. Music is generally soft and slow to keep focus on your movement and breath.
INCENSE OR PALO SANTA MAY BE USED IN THIS CLASS. Please inform me if you are scent sensitive.
