Hatha is a slow, intentional practice with mindful movements and transitions that incorporate the energetic practices of Kundalini yoga. Included in this practice are pranayama breath work, mudras, kriya, mantra, and meditation--a bit of everything in this beautiful hour of practice. Music is generally soft and slow to keep focus on your movement and breath.
Please bring your own mat and props for practice.
